HOW IT WORKS:

The initial free consultation will be a Team consultation , where we will discuss the nature of the project , and determine whether what is proposed is feasible or not.

ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS

After the initial free consultation , all further work will be charged at an hourly rate of $95 AUD an hour.

1. We will request a copy of your previously approved plans and utilize the information provided. If a copy is not available, we will ask you, as the property owner, to obtain one from your local municipality. If the local municipality does not have a copy of the plans, our team will visit the property to conduct a survey and take necessary measurements.

2. We will then create initial sketch proposals, which will be presented to you for approval

3. Once you approve the concept drawings, we will produce detailed design drawings to submit to the local council for approval.

NEW HOMES

After the initial free consultation , all further work will be charged at an hourly rate of $95 AUD per hour .

1. We recommend arranging an initial site meeting to assess the land and discuss the project brief and proposed concept.

2. We will begin creating initial sketch proposals, which will be presented to you for approval.

3. Once you approve the concept drawings, we will produce detailed design drawings to submit to the local council for approval.
